2026 Brainerd Jaycees Run for the Lakes

The annual Brainerd Jaycees Run for the Lakes Marathon will be in downtown Nisswa. The full marathon course, which is certified by U.S. Track and Field & is a qualifier for the Boston Marathon, takes runners on a scenic path through woods and past lakes. Participants may also choose a 1/2 marathon, relay marathon, 10K race, 5K family fun run and 1K kids run. The all-volunteer race has been run in all types of weather and has grown to attract more than 1,000 runners.
