Vetter Stone Amphitheater
Opened in 2010, the Vetter Stone Amphitheater has been host to many well-known accredited musical artists such as Willie Nelson, Trampled by Turtles, Old Crow Medicine Show, Jason Isbell, George Thorogood, Cheap Trick, Pat Benatar, and Merle Haggard.
The Vetter Stone Company has donated over 1,5000 tons of Minnesota Stone, creating the unique and natural looking amphitheater.
Veterans on the Lake Resort
Veterans, their family and guests can enjoy fishing, swimming, campfires and an authentic Finnish sauna. Priority given to disabled vets, vets 65 or older, active duty military and non-veteran disabled. VOTL is located in a wilderness setting 3 miles from Ely on Fall Lake in the heart of the beautiful remote BWCAW. Situated on 25 acres with 2700 ft of picturesque shoreline. All cabins are lakeshore units with beautiful lake views.
Veterans Memorial Community Center-The Grove Aquatic/Fitness
Experience it all at Veterans Memorial Community Center in Inver Grove Heights! Splash into excitement at our indoor water park that features a leisure pool with water slides, a wading area and whirlpool, a lap pool and a diving well. Other amenities of the Community Center include a fitness center, an aerobics/dance studio that plays host to many different dance and fitness classes, a gymnasium with a full size basketball court, two ice arenas, and numerous meeting rooms.
Veterans Evergreen Memorial Drive Scenic Byway
This section of Highway 23 has been known as the "scenic route to Duluth" for decades. Near the beginning of the route is Banning State Park, with camping, hiking, river fishing, canoeing and, for the adventurous, kayaking the Kettle River with its infamous "Hell's Gate" rapids.
Creeks and small rivers criss-cross the length of the route, many of which offer fine trout fishing-especially the Nemadji and South Fork rivers on the northern part of the route. Near the end of the route is the Veteran's Memorial Overlook, with a breathtaking view of the St. Louis River Valley.

With over 18,200 square feet of climbing surface, Vertical Endeavors is one of the largest indoor rock climbing facilities in the country! Over 60 separate ropes and 15 Auto Belays provide hundreds of climbing routes.
An excellent beginner area is perfect for introducing new climbers to the sport.
Vertical Endeavors MPLS- Indoor Rock Climbing
Vertical Endeavors-Minneapolis, located on 26th and Nicollet (Eat Street), in Minneapolis, is built in one of the last remaining historic Ice House buildings. This state-of-the-art facility opened its doors in 2011. It is contained within a 10,500 square foot space. With approximately 28,000 square feet of climbing walls built by Nicros, Inc. and 50-60 foot tall climbing walls, VE-Minneapolis is one of the largest and tallest climbing facilities in the country.
