In R.J.D. Memorial Hardwood State Forest, managed by Beaver Creek Valley State Park. The campground's five horse campsites are considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. The campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. The horse campsites have picket lines, corrals, vault toilets, shaded campsites, picnic tables, and a hand-pumped well. The campground allows for portable corrals.

Book an online reservation 24 hours a day. Phone reservations can be made by calling 866-857-2757 (TTY: 952-936-4008) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily November through March, and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily April through October. Call Ctr closed holidays.
Rates
Individual site $14, Equestrian site $16. All sites are on a first come, first served basis to be paid on site.
