Travail's cult Pig Ate My Pizza concept is back after a brief run under the Nouvelle Brewing banner. The restaurant group's small-batch beer is still on tap; it's just a supporting player now. And not just on Travail's home turf (downtown Robbinsdale). A second location opened in Bloomington — not far from the Mall of America — in 2025. Both feature the phenomenal Piggy Pie, a brioche crust topped with bacon, sausage, pepperoni, garlic oil and a chef-y bacon emulsion.
