The Annual Nashwauk 4th of July Festival includes live music on Central Avenue, kids games, bean bag tournament, parade and fireworks. There will be food trucks and all of the downtown businesses will also be open to purchase food and drink.
Open to all - no admission.
July 3, 2022: Street Dance, music by: Virgil Cane and 3rd Annual Car Show, and fireworks
July 4, 2022: Parade, street races, Red Rock Run, and bean bag tournament.
Midsommar Dag is the most important holiday of the year and one of the most uniquely Swedish in the way it is celebrated. The Majstang (the Swedish version of a Maypole) is decorated with greens and flowers and then raised in the center of town. Traditional Swedish music and dances celebrate the long days of summer.
Have a night to remember with your family and friends watching one of the best fireworks shows in the Twin Cities! Enjoy food trucks, vendors and fireworks set to music!
Entertainment and food trucks from 7 – 10 pm. Fireworks begin promptly at 10 pm.
Note: Although leashed dogs are allowed in the park, please do not bring them to this event, due to their extreme hearing sensitivity.
In the event of rain, the fireworks will be held on July 10.

10am: Food Court opens with a large selection of food from the Longville Chamber, the Longville Lions, food trucks and local restaurants
10am-2pm: Bake Sale from the Young-At-Heart Senior Club.
11am: Parade, followed by Contests and Games.

In the late 1970’s, Disco Fever infected the country and quickly become a beloved cultural phenomenon. Now, Sidekick Theatre is bringing back the party! This show features the greatest hits from the Bee Gees, Donna Summer, ABBA, Diana Ross, KC and The Sunshine, Kool and The Gang, Gloria Gaynor and more. DISCO FEVER features a spectacular band and vocalists such hits as “That’s the Way (I Like It)”, “It’s Raining Men”, “We Are Family”, “I Will Survive”, “Stayin’ Alive” and “Hot Stuff”.
