The Saint Paul Audubon Society offers free local birding trips to many destinations in the metro area and greater Minnesota. The website at www.saintpaulaudubon.org lists trips and the Newsletter link gives times and locations. Trips are usually 2 to 3 hour bird walks in the morning. Monthly member meetings are the 2nd Thursday at 6:45 p.m. (Sept-Dec and Feb-May) in the Roseville Community Center and feature lectures on birds, environmental issues, and other wildlife. Non-members may attend all events.

The handmade fieldstone house is located on a 1 1/2 acre site surrounded by fieldstone gazebos, bell towers, a pergola, stone fences, gate and small grottos. Built over a period of 57 years, the grounds include a variety of gardens from the traditional to woodland to natural prairie.
Our campsite is located in Sailors & Soldiers Memorial Park with the Cottonwood River running through it. We have 24 campsites with water and electrical hook-ups. There is also a camper dump station located by the restrooms. The new restrooms and shower facilities were built in 2003. The park has two shelters with water and electricity for gatherings. It is a great place to camp and picnic.
