Gather all of the ingredients to make a pizza craft, then come back to the Visitor Center to enjoy a fresh, wood-fired pizza experience from Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm‘s mobile unit!

2022 City of Ramsey Happy Days Festival

Happy Days is the City of Ramsey’s annual hometown festival. This popular event takes place in early September and is located within The COR (North of Highway 10 near the Ramsey Municipal Center). The Ramsey Happy Days Festival hosts a large array of family-friendly activities and events during the day including 5K and Youth Fun Run, Bean Bag Tournament, Car Show, Chili Cook-Off, Dog Show, Expo, Family Bike Tour, Food Trucks, Parade & more! When the sun goes down, live music and an impressive fireworks show takeover.

of the American Revolution’s Wreaths Across America exhibit on Thursday, June
30 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A
ceremonial wreath laying will take place at 10:00 a.m., and a special Welcome
Home Vietnam Vets tribute will take place at 1:00 p.m.  

WAA WI YE GAA MAAG Traditional Pow Wow

Everyone Welcome!

This annual Native American celebration honors culture and heritage. This ceremony involves sharing of food, song and dance. The S Lake Indian Council welcomes everyone to come celebrate with them. 

Explanation of Traditional Pow Wow: 

A Pow Wow is a sacred social gathering held by many North American indigenous communities. A modern pow wow is a specific type of event for Native American people to meet and dance, sing, socialize, and honor their cultures.

Thursdays On Fountain

Enjoy a live concert at Fountain Lake Park overlooking beautiful Fountain Lake in the background. Bring your lawn chair or sit at a picnic table. Food vendors will be available along with a cold refreshment.

Tap 2022

Downtown Shakopee will be hoppin’ this September with TAP 2022, an inaugural beer tasting and innovation event planned for Saturday, Sept. 10, in the Lewis Street parking lot. Brewers will be offering both their flagship beers along with limited edition innovative beers made just for TAP 2022. Attendees will vote for their favorite beer using an app, and the winning brewery will receive a trophy and a mountain bike from Otso Cycles.
