Offering visual arts education for all ages, interests and abilities, the Minnetonka Center for the Arts also provides free art exhibits, open to the public, and community outreach delivering arts programming to underserved populations in the Minneapolis area and throughout Minnesota

Minnesota's Machinery Museum
"A hidden gem! Best farm museum I have ever seen."
One of the area's top attractions is this extensive agriculture collection of tractors, vintage automobiles, gas engines, beautiful hand made quilts and interesting exhibits filling a two-story building (former schoolhouse built in 1939 by WPA) and three others. Open May 15 through September 15, Monday through Saturday from 10-4, Sunday from 1-4:30, closed holidays.
Minnesota's Largest Candy Store
You can’t miss the big yellow barn on Highway 169 near Jordan known as Minnesota's Largest Candy Store. In addition to candy, the store sells a dizzying array of sodas, pies, cotton candy, popcorn and so much more. A new, observatory-like dome houses a mural with more than two-dozen super heroes on display. Other highlights include a British phone booth, an animatronic band and a fortune-telling machine. A must-stop on any Minnesota road trip!

Minnesota Zoo is a year-round destination providing a window into the natural

the natural world to save wildlife. Don't miss the Zoo's new Treetop Trail, the world's longest elevated pedestrian loop, bringing guests up to 32 feet in the air for an immersive experience in nature. The Treetop Trail is open daily and is included with general Zoo admission.

Minnesota Youth Symphonies
Minnesota Youth Symphonies (MYS) is one of the nation’s premier youth orchestra education programs. MYS is dedicated to conservatory-level orchestral training for students.
Our students come from all over Minnesota and western Wisconsin and from a wide variety of economic and cultural backgrounds to play in MYS orchestras. While many of students hail from Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Twin Cities suburbs, some are from as far away as Rochester, Hudson, Bemidji, and St. Cloud.

The Wind Chill are the professional men's Ultimate Frisbee team based out of Minnesota. The Wind Chill are the 2024 UFA Champions, defeating the Carolina Flyers by a score of 17-16 in the Championship Game in Salt Lake City on August 24th, 2024, to secure their first ever title in franchise history. The Wind Chill are heading into their 12th season in the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) in 2025 and have qualified for the playoffs in six of the last seven seasons.
