12th Annual Timmay 5k

On Saturday, April 25th, 2026, the Tim Rasmusson Foundation (TRF) will host the 12th Annual Timmay 5k Run/Walk around Silver Lake Park in Rochester, Minnesota. The Timmay 5k brings together community members to raise awareness for organ, eye, and tissue donation, with the goal of educating others and inspiring action. Our race slogan, “Target Donor Awareness,” reflects the urgency of this cause and the impact that donation has on those in need.

Each triathlete will swim in the Winona YMCA’s pool, then bike and run on beautiful Lake Winona’s paved multi-use path under the iconic Sugarloaf Bluff. 

SCHEDULE

7:30AM – 12PM // TRINONA KIDS – RACE DAY

  • 7:30 am – Check-in, Body Marking, and both transitions open

  • 8:45 am – Transitions close

  • 9:00 am – Athlete meeting in YMCA gymnasium

  • 9:15 am – Swim waves begin starting with the youngest participants and working up to the oldest participants

Mid West Music Fest (MWMF) is an all-ages, multiple-venue, multiple-genre and multiple-day music festival.
