The Fight For Air Climb is one of the American Lung Association’s signature fundraising events. These stair climbs are held in prominent skyscrapers, giving participants the opportunity to join together with friends, family and co-workers to climb to the top of the building! Your participation will raise the funds necessary to help provide life-saving lung health education, research and advocacy efforts.

During this special weekend, Winehaven will be embracing the German tradition of allowing guests to sample the new wine. It isn't juice anymore, but it isn't quite wine, either. Whatever it is, it's delicious!

Fasching is an old carnival tradition that originated in the European Alps to chase away winter. Each year, strips of cloth are strung across downtown streets in the German peasant tradition, and the “Narren,” masked characters in colorful costumes, walk the streets inviting people to the party. Held at the Best Western Plus, Fasching includes music, food and dancing, and costumes are encouraged. It's sponsored by The Concord Singers and since 2006 it has expanded to include "Capture the Mayor" on Friday by "The Narren".
