I’m Uncle Franky, and this is my store. My family and I have been slingin’ dogs and serving up a taste of Chicago classics in Northeast Minneapolis for ages. We cram a lot into this little red building, so come on down and check it out!

Tenant

Tenant is a small restaurant in South Minneapolis, centered around an open kitchen and a six-seat counter. Cooks prepare and serve a casual tasting menu of six seasonal courses for $100. Optional wine pairings are available for $50. Tenant is a non-tipping restaurant - prices include everything but tax. 
We're happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions but please let us know upon making your reservation. We're unable to accommodate vegan or dairy-free diners.
