As we begin year 12, Verse Like Water presents Ilya Kaminksy (Odessa Ukraine), Valzhyna Mort (Belarus), and Nikola Madzirov (Macedonia) on September 27th, at noon in the CLC Chalberg Theater. These stars of the international poetry scene are dear friends, and through reading and conversation they will help Verse Like Water grow poetry, and give us all insight and perspectives about a troubled and war-torn region of the world: Eastern Europe.
