Seating is limited and absolutely no experience is necessary. At the end of the evening, you will have made some new friends and go home with your very own 16x20 masterpiece! $35 includes 16x20 canvas, paint, brushes and a local artist to guide you through your very own painting. Windom Wetland Management District

Hunters and wildlife enthusiasts can visit one of 68 Waterfowl Production Areas encompassing nearly 14,000 acres. These prairie wetlands are home to a wide array of bird species including Bluebird, Bobolink, Egrets, Great Blue Heron, Meadowlark, Trumpeter Swans, and mammals including mink, muskrats, red foxes, and white-tailed deer. Hunting, fishing, wildlife observation and photography, interpretive walking trails, and environmental education are encouraged recreational activities.

The Windom Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau provides tourism, event and related information regarding the Windom area year-round.

Crow Wing Kayaks

Rental of kayaks, bikes, stand up paddle boards, river boards and foam floating pads. Shuttle services to area waterways.

Wilton Trails Northwest

Located near the City of Wilton, the Wilton Trails Northwest has 37 miles of ATV and OHM riding. Winding trails pass scenic vistas overlooking the valleys along the abandoned Soo Line North Railroad grade. Smaller loops branch off the main trail for additional riding. The trail is provided by Beltrami County and maintained by the Northwoods Riders OHV Club.
