We’re proud to grow 49 varieties of apples currently in production (not including our pears), including some novelty and cider varieties on very young trees.

Before you visit: know that we’re a different kind of orchard. We’re focused on food: on growing good things to eat and on making delicious hard and sweet cider.

Sweet Taste of Italy

We want you to be so impressed when you are finished, and that is why nearly everything on out menu is made from scratch every single day. Not only do we bake our bread fresh in store, but we make it too. From hand sliced meats and cheese, homemade dressings and our own amazing meatballs, to a wonderful secret red sauce that you won't soon forget. We even whip our own butter and grind the cheese for our homemade lasagna.

Sweet's Sleepers Cabin & Fishing

Enjoy your time at the Lake of the Woods in a cozy waterfront cabin! This cabin has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. Prepare your fresh-caught fish for dinner in the full kitchen, then put your feet up after a great day of fishing and enjoy some DirectTV. Also on-site is a comfortable fish cleaning house for you to clean your day's catch. The cabin is a 10 minute ride from historic Baudette and just a few minutes to prime fishing water.

Sweet Basil

Sweet Basil invite you and your family to experience tasty Asian cuisine from Thailand, China, and Vietnam. At our restaurant, we served traditional dishes like Saigon Pho soup, spicy Papaya salad, three different types of curry dishes, and many more.. Most of our food are made mild and can be spiced up to the five levels of spiciness. Our traditional ingredients will sure wake up your taste buds and liven up your dining experience, so come on in to our restaurant and bring the family along for some delicious food! Our experienced cooks and trained staff will not disappoint you.

Sweeney's Saloon

St. Paul neighborhood saloon that has the best atmosphere around. Enjoy your favorite domestic taps as well as a nice selection of award winning micro brews. Great burgers and the best wings in town.

Swan Park - Mississippi Drive

Rapidly becoming known as 'Swan City', Monticello is host to over 1500, once endangered Trumpeter Swans from December thru the end of February. A protected viewing park for the public is located on Mississippi Drive, on the east end of the city. 

Swan Lake Resort & Campground

We offer lakeside cabins, tenting, and full hook-up, pull-through camping sites. Here, there is time to slow down, room to breathe, and lots to explore.

Swan Lake Campground and Resort

We are a small quiet campground on the east shore of Swan Lake. We have seasonal camping, and weekly and weekend camping for RV's and tents. We also have three cabins for rent weekly and daily when available.

Svenskarnas Dag Girls Choir

The Svenskarnas Dag Girls Choir was organized to preserve and celebrate Swedish heritage and culture through music and song. Started in 1967, the choir has had many opportunities to sing throughout America and in Sweden. The choir is always happy to welcome new girls into membership. The choir performs concerts at churches, retirement homes, Scandinavian Festivals, conventions, etc & Lucia Pageants in December.
