TVR was dreamed up in sunny California, so our core will always be well-crafted wines from the Golden Coast; but don't fret, we'll have representations from all around the globe!

In January of 2022, we rebranded as Nouvelle Brewing so we could more heavily feature the brewing talents of Andy, as well as our creative chef team. We are Craft Malt Certified and a Certified Independent Craft Brewery. We source local hops, malt, and ingredients as much as possible.
