St Croix State Park

Minnesota's largest state park, over 34,000 acres. Three family campgrounds. Electrical sites available in Riverview campground. Facilities for large groups. Canoe on flat water and easy rapids on the St. Croix and Kettle Rivers; canoe rental available. Interpretive center. Hiking, snowmobile, cross-country ski and horse trails. Bring your bike to ride on the paved bike paths. Picnicking, sightseeing, swimming, fishing, nature programs and cultural sites.

St Croix State Forest Trails

Located along the Wisconsin border, this 26-mile trail offers a scenic ride through heavily wooded forest. There's easy access to the Gandy Dancer Trail, allowing for even more riding miles.

St Croix Scenic Byway

The 124-mile St. Croix Scenic Byway runs from Point Douglas (near Hastings) to a point north of Sandstone, MN. Prepare to be impressed by the great beauty of the St. Croix "Wild and Scenic" River Valley. Long vistas and rolling landscape in the south changes to a more rugged environment of rock, cliffs and woods as you proceed north. Once in historic Pine County you will realize that you have truly arrived in the "North Country."

St Croix National Scenic Riverway

Grab your paddle and your longing for adventure and head to the St. Croix and Namekagon rivers! Together they form the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, offering over 200 miles of clean water that glides and rushes through a forested landscape. Paddle, boat, fish, and camp among this wild and scenic beauty. Hiking and historic towns also beckon, if you can bear to leave the cool water.

St Croix Bluffs Regional Park

St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park is a 579 acre Regional Park located on the wild and scenic St. Croix River. The park offers a variety of landscape types including rolling upland hills, wooded ravines, and 3/4 mile of river frontage. Facilities include a modern campground with both pull through RV sites (with water and 50 amp electric hook-ups) and tent camping sites (20-30 amp electric hook-ups). The campground also has a new accessible shower building. Pets are not permitted in the campground.

St Croix Baseball Club

Vintage baseball league with games throughout the valley. The Washington County Historical Society’s vintage base ball club, the St. Croixs, wear 1860s uniforms and play by 1860s rules. They are unique in bringing a piece of the past to the present for people to view. Join the fun cheering the vintage baseball team that uses the 1860 "New York Rules" game. This version of baseball was also played by Civil War soldiers during times of leisure, which helped to make it a pastime for the entire nation.

St Cloud/Clearwater RV Park

Family oriented campground with themed weekends. Tenting and RV pull through sites in a country setting amid scenic farmland in historic Clearwater on the Great River Road. Our campground has a heated salt water pool (Memorial weekend - Labor Day) playground, fun bikes, mini golf, shuffleboard, horseshoes, game room & laundry room. Handicap accessible restrooms with showers. Fire pit and picnic table at each site. We have groceries, pizza, beverages, snacks & souvenirs. Non-aggressive pets welcome as long as you clean up after them.
