The campus includes the retreat center with arts spaces, a dance party room, dining hall and three fireplaces. On-the-Water Clean Up

Join us for our annual On-the-Water Cleanup! Volunteers clean up the banks of the Red River in canoes. Volunteers must have enough experience canoeing to be comfortable reaching over in a canoe to pick up trash. Back up weather date is August 11. Please do not wear flip flops and wear clothes that can get wet and muddy.

Resilient Yard Series: Make Your Own Compost Tumbler Workshop

Create a resilient yard to sustain the Red River by making your own compost tumbler. Workshops include a presentation on the basics of composting. By tumbling this composter around once a week, you could have a barrel of compost by the end of the season. Be ready to take home an empty 55-gallon barrel. The barrel may be white or blue.

Fee: $59 or $54 for Moorhead residents. Class fee includes all other supplies.

Pre-registration is required. Register through Moorhead Community Education (limited spots available).
