Birch Cottage

Refresh and renew at this year-round, secluded, privately-owned rustic cottage on the North Shore of Lake Superior between Tofte and Lutsen, MN. Birch Cottage can sleep four comfortably. It has two updated bedrooms with queen size beds, and one bathroom. The cottage also has a small kitchen outfitted with updated appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lighted Holiday Parade

Bundle up and head to downtown Owatonna for the Lighted Holiday Parade! Parade vehicles will be decked out in their finest holiday lights. The parade ends with carolers and cider in Central Park.

Corda Mor Irish Dancers

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at Mall of America with local Irish dance group Corda Mor. The dancers travel throughout the Midwest to entertain crowds and participate in competitions. Performances will be held at noon, 2 P.M., 3 P.M. and 6 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday.

Historic preservation meets refined overnight accommodations in two beautifully restored buildings located in the heart of downtown Crosby. Sixteen exceptional and very well-equipped private hotel rooms, each with their own own beautiful private bathroom. Resilient Yard Series: Make Your Own Rain Barrel Workshop

Create a resilient yard to sustain the Red River by building a rain barrel. This workshop includes a short presentation on water quality and stormwater runoff. Be ready to take home an empty 55-gallon barrel. Participants need a drill to install the rain barrel at home. Fee includes all other supplies. The barrel will be white or blue.
