Save the date for GMCTA's winter tennis mixer at the Swanson Tennis Center. Casual and fun. You only need your tennis racquet. No partner needed--you will get to play with a new partner every 20 minutes! GMCTA will provide tennis balls for the matches and cookies to snack on. The event is free, although donations are welcome.

Christmas at the Hubbard House

Kate’s sheet music has gone missing, and it’s up to you to solve it! Listen closely to your tour guide for clues, watch for red herrings, and solve the mystery of the missing sheet music!All tours in 2025 will be guided tours leaving every 30 minutes from the carriage house. Special Sunday Tours with costumed characters are available to enhance tours, but the full mystery will be available on all tours.Admission is $10/adults. $8/seniors, $7/BECHS Members, $5/children 5-17, free for kids under 5.Tickets on sale November 1.

Artists Next Door: Ken Valdez

Originally from the high desert of Santa Fe but now residing in funk-capital Minneapolis, Ken Valdez is a soulful singer/songwriter who has fused the unique styles of Rio Grande blues/Latin rock with our beloved Minneapolis funk.Valdez describes himself as a “Mestizo,” and uses his raspy voice and versatile sound to reflect his mixed heritage and musical influences.

Artists Next Door: Frankie Torres

Born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Frankie Torres grew up with a diverse combination of musical inspirations. The foundation of her music stands on classic rock and the blues, which she grew up singing in bars starting at the age of 8 years old.She has performed at many notable venues including Summerfest in Milwaukee and Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, and even appeared on the 26th season of The Voice. She loves performing as a cover artist, and started releasing her original music in 2020.

Artists Next Door: An Evening with Pamela ONeill

Pamela McNeill knew from an early age that music would be her life. She joined her first rock band at 16 and learned quickly how to connect with her audience.A native of Winona, Minnesota, Pamela resides in Minneapolis.
