Minnesota Beethoven Festival: Catalyst Quartet

Minnesota and the Negro Baseball League

Keeping with our baseball theme, Richard Bogovich will discuss an important, but often overlooked part of sports history in America: The Negro Baseball League. Learn about the St. Paul Gophers and the connection to Olmsted County on Thursday, June 19th at 7:00 pm at the History Center of Olmsted County. Richard Bogovich is a contributor to the Society for American Baseball Research and has published several books and biographies. The lecture is free for members and $5 for non-members.
