Swift County Historical Museum
Located in the heart of west central Minnesota in the city of Benson the Swift County Historical Museum is a short drive from the Metro area right on Highway 12. The Museum consists of more than 8,000 square feet of exhibits pertaining to Swift County's history, an extensive research library, and staff that can assist with genealogy research.
Swensson Farm Museum
22-room brick farm home, 1880's timber-framed barn, grist mill remains, family burial plot. This site is home to one of Minnesota's most innovative immigrants. Upstairs in the home is a 38' x 38' chapel. The barn has been fully restored! The Hollywood Film "Sweet Land" was filmed in and on this location in October, 2004.
Swenson Park Campground
Large park just off Minnesota Highway 91. Overnight camping with electrical hookups, bathrooms with showers; picnic area with picnic shelters. Playground area for children.
SweetWater Resort
A small, cozy, family resort in a quiet, wooded bay on the 1300 acre Fishtrap Lake provides a great experience for a vacation or family reunion. Four 2-bedroom units, two 3-bedroom units and one 6 bedroom unit are clean, air-conditioned and furnished to meet your needs. Clean, sandy, safe swimming beach with gradual slope, kayaks, paddle boats, and canoes are available at no charge. Pontoons and fishing boats available for rent. Playground, play fort, basketball hoop, volleyball and lawn games are available for additional activity.

We’re proud to grow 49 varieties of apples currently in production (not including our pears), including some novelty and cider varieties on very young trees.
Before you visit: know that we’re a different kind of orchard. We’re focused on food: on growing good things to eat and on making delicious hard and sweet cider.

We want you to be so impressed when you are finished, and that is why nearly everything on out menu is made from scratch every single day. Not only do we bake our bread fresh in store, but we make it too. From hand sliced meats and cheese, homemade dressings and our own amazing meatballs, to a wonderful secret red sauce that you won't soon forget. We even whip our own butter and grind the cheese for our homemade lasagna.
Sweet's Sleepers Cabin & Fishing
Enjoy your time at the Lake of the Woods in a cozy waterfront cabin! This cabin has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. Prepare your fresh-caught fish for dinner in the full kitchen, then put your feet up after a great day of fishing and enjoy some DirectTV. Also on-site is a comfortable fish cleaning house for you to clean your day's catch. The cabin is a 10 minute ride from historic Baudette and just a few minutes to prime fishing water.
