Pinewood Resort

Pinewood occupies 700 ft of natural, sandy beach that slopes gently into Ten Mile Lake, one of Minnesota's deepest, clearest lakes. The resort has eight luxurious, well-equipped rental units, a lodge and two corporate cottages, all of which face the lake shore. Between the cottages and beach is a well-kept lawn & play area.

Pineview Park BMX

Live BMX Racing open to the public. New riders welcome. Learn to ride at an ISD 742 Community Education class right at the track. Races are typically 2 days a week with practice on Wednesdays. Special events throughout the summer. Racing open to anyone 5 and up. All you need to race is a bike with 20" tires and wear long sleeves and long pants and bring lots of water. Concessions available on site. Our staff always has someone available on site to answer any questions you may have. Pineview Park BMX track is a USA BMX sanctioned track and operates under all rules and restrictions.

Pines Resort & Campground

The Pines Resort offers year-round vacations set amidst a wooded shoreline of oak, maple, birch and pine on Lake Winnibigoshish. Come enjoy the great outdoors at Lake Winnie, where 95 percent of the shoreline is uninhabited and the wildlife is abundant. Our cabins range from a cozy single bedroom to a spacious five bedroom. All cabins have full kitchens and amenities; A/C, picnic tables and charcoal grills. Our campground has full RV hookups, a showerhouse and laundry in lodge.

Pine Tree Park Municipal Campground

Pine Tree Park is located across the road from the Blackduck Municipal Golf course, there is a restaurant within walking distance to the North. Picnic Shelters are located at each end of the park. Primitive campsites with or without electrical hook ups. Along with RV sites that have electric and water hookups.

Pine to Prairie Birding Site - Roseau Lagoons

The City of Roseau operates three stabilization ponds as part of its sanitary sewer system. These ponds attract a wide variety of birds, particularly waterfowl and shorebirds. Viewing birds from the road is always available. On Tuesdays, and as weather and conditions permit, the city opens the gates to the ponds to allow access to the City's compost site. Various types of waterfowl, shorebirds and gulls can be seen at the ponds. Spring (Late April to early June) and fall (September and October)migration are the best times to see extensive numbers of birds.
