Luminary Hike- Sibley State Park

Enjoy the evening on a self-guided, lantern lit hike. The Pond View Interpretive trail will be illuminated for the evening. It is a 0.7-mile loop with a maximum grade of 7 percent over 190ft.

Before or after hiking, drop by the campfire at the amphitheater to socialize and warm up. Hot Coco and Apple Cider will be available in the Trail Center.

Glendalough State Park Candlelight Hike

Come out to Glendalough State Park on Valentine's Day, Saturday, February 14th, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to enjoy a lantern lit path through the woods! A mile of trail will be illuminated by lanterns and an almost-full moon. The trail starts at the Dining Hall and is suitable for beginner-level hikers and snowshoers of all ages. The evening wraps up with a cup of hot cider near a crackling bonfire. Snowshoes can be rented in-person at the park, after 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event, while supplies last.

Candlelight Walk Afton State Park

Winter wonderland and flickering candles come together for a magical experience at Afton State Park during the candlelight hike! This self-guided, self-paced trail is 2 miles round-trip, out-and-back. Begin at the Visitor Center and follow the glowing luminaries along the trail. A bonfire for roasting marshmallows will be held on the back patio of the Visitor Center and refreshments will be served inside.

Three Soul Cry Reunion Concert

Tom Mills, Sara Renner & Chryss Altamirano will always be Three Soul Cry. During their time together, they won the Minnesota State Fair talent competition and went on to record 2 great albums of their original songs: "III Soul Cry" and "These Remaining Days". It's been quite a few years since they were together as a group, so we are excited for this rare opportunity to hear this powerful trio live, for a special reunion concert.

Tickets are $30.00 in advance and $35.00 at the door. Seating is general admission and doors open at 6:30 PM.

Local rock and country legend Pat Frederick, of Daisy Dillman Band fame, presents Southbound All-Stars—a joyful, thunderous tribute to the glory days of Southern rock. Born in the backwaters of Muscle Shoals and Jacksonville, Southern rock made waves through the ’60s and ’70s, blending blues, hillbilly, gospel, boogie and rock into a swaggering mix of soaring twin guitar leads, burning fiddle and soulful vocals.
